Our Refund Procedure:

• Call, Text, or Email our customer services within 24 hours of your driving lesson to explain your concerns over the customer service or the driving tuition that you received.
• Give the full name of your driving instructor along with the driving lesson time and date.
• Explain to us the full details as to why you were not satisfied with either the customer service or the driving tuition you received.

I will authorize a refund.

*Refunds do not apply to cancelled lessons, lessons on test day or to lessons that have already taken place

In the unlikely event that you are not totally satisfied for any reason, and are entitled to a refund any used training time (lessons already taken place) will be re-calculated at the normal lesson rate and charged at the standard lesson rate of £35.00 per hour manual / £37.00 per hour auto and the remainder will be refunded to you accordingly. A refund cheque/ BACS payment will be sent to you for the difference less a £10.00 admin fee - within 1 - 4 working days.

In the event that a pre-pay deal including the Try us and see deal and any discounted block booking deal is not completed before you pass your practical driving test with us any used training time (lessons already taken place) will be re-calculated at the normal lesson rate and charged at the standard rate of £35.00 per hour manual / £37.00 per hour auto and the remainder will be refunded to you accordingly. A refund cheque/ BACS payment will be sent to you for the difference less a £10.00 admin fee - within 1 - 4 working days.

Intensive Driving Courses

A 25% non-refundable deposit will be required to book all intensive courses with the balance payable 10 working days before the commencement of the course. Upon payment of the balance NO REFUNDS WILL BE PAYABLE.

All Intensive course payments must be made in advance direct to Topclass driving school by debit/credit or BACS. Topclass driving school will not be responsible for any payments made by any other means direct to your instructor.
